That was clear up at the end of the book right? when the rest of the 
ORder of the Phoenix warm the Dursley that is they didn't hear from 
HArry every now and then, they will go to see what's wrong. Also MRs 
Weasley told him that they will try to get him out of Privet Drive as 
soon as they can and also ROn and HErmione's promise that they will 
see him soon. I imagine that we might see Ron and HErmione visiting 
HArry at Privet Drive (because there's a chance that they are going 
to want HArry to stay there since in Privet Drive is secure)

I don't think HArry will get any information from Petunia but maybe 
PEtunia will start taking more care of HArry (without showing it of 
course) now that she has find out that Voldy is back.

About Harry emotional state, I think he might even pick Lupin over 
ROn and HErmione to talk about that. Because Ron and HErmione can't 
really tell him something that HArry doesn't already knows right? But 
Lupin may understand HArry better since he is going trough the same 
thing, the lost of someone very important.
