Harry is the last Potter (so far), not only because there were none (that we
know of) born after him, but because there aren't any left.

That's different in the case of Ginny and Neville. The wizarding world is
teeming with Weasleys*, and Neville still has surviving family - he mentions
uncles at some point - that could carry on the family name.

(*Not that I'm saying that that's a bad thing.)
