Is it at all possible that there is a time limit as to when the charm can be 
cast?  Like say within a few months?  Or Something about how many people 
bitten combined with

Maybe you have to have close physical contact with the wolf, like say in a 
telephone booth...or be a blood relation/been intimate with?  Have a Were in 
your family?
