Who says it was just Bane???
I'm wondering if Umbridge was responsible for the Dementors 
attempting the 'Kiss' on Harry before...but why? I think there's more 
to her than just climbing the slippery pole at the MoM. I don't think 
she's a DE, think there's a JKR interview somewhere saying she isn't, 
but something is going on with her - she seems to constantly refer to 
Fudge as Cornelius, and herself as 'the Inquisitor, er- she, er- 
me'.. Is this implying she's the force behind Fudge, or that they're 
in a relationship? It doesn't feel to me like she's trying to 
displace Fudge, or that she wants to be Minister, butshe gloats over 
being the power behind the throne.
