Somewhat OT - Replacing lost audiobook tape

I have all the Harry Potter books on tape and I have somehow lost the 
second tape of the Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire audiobook set. 
Does anyone know how can I get a replacement? I have e-mailed the 
customer service department of Random House, but haven't heard back from 
them.
