One slight correction. Although Drago and Co. got Hexed on the train 
home at the end of both books, it was a different group applying the 
Positive Reenforcement (Punishment) the second time. In Book 4 it was 
HRH plus the Twins while in Book 5 it was a set of second string DA 
Members. I think the second application was (should be) more 
effective in terms of Behavior Modification since it was not the Main 
Team doing the job but a set of members of the "Peanut Gallery". 
Hopefully Drago and Co. will learn the lesson that they have to be 
watch their actions/steps since they are being watched by more that 
just their usual targets (ie: HRH).
