Name analysis

This might be just a coincidence but I found this a bit funny:

Cornelius means "Strong willed or wise" or "Horn", his second name 
Oswald means "divine power, power of God, Divinely powerful". And in 
OOP Fudge certainly fancies him allmighty.

Then we have his side kick Umbridge: Dolores means "Sorrows" and she 
didn't exactly bring sunshine to Hogwarts, and her middle name Jane 
means "Gift from God".

So here we have sorrow sent as a gift from a man who thinks he is 
allpowerful. Did JKR do this on purpose or was it coincidence? If she 
did do it on purpose I bet she had a laugh while figuring it out. 
Also if she means that the first name of Cornelius is "horn", I at 
least get a negative image of that, a bit devilish perhaps? He 
certainly isn't to be trusted.
