I dont think Harry would ever consider that.  Also, there is no substance of 
Sirius when there was of Voldemort.  A scary notion indeed ... but likely to 
happen?  I don't think so.  He does seem very desperate to get Sirius back, but 
if he is going to bring Sirius back, why not throw in his parents aswell?  JK 
has said that there is no magic to bring life from the dead.  Voldemort wasnt 
dead, he just done that spell to get his body back.
