Absolutely agree. I have the exactly same kind of feelings that Tonks
and Lupin would be the foster parents of Harry. Lupin, as we saw from
PoA, was a sympathetic and modest man with wisdom. He would be able
to guide Harry shrewdly.
I even come up a theory that Tonks would take up the post of Defense
against Dark Arts teacher in Harry's sixth year. She would guide
Harry out of the plight and depression after Sirius' death, by
showing him the wisest weapon against LV and death eaters were
prudence and strategies and tactics (which Harry owned one of them;
he inherited the bravery and audacity from James), and telling Harry
that Sirius was most willing to die for him, as much as Harry's
willingness to risk his life to his friends. She would gave Harry
some sort of love, mixed with feelings of mother-to-son and girl-to-
boy. And finally she revealed that Sirius had been her first love.
That's why she was determinded to help Harry: she wanted to fulfil
the last wishing of Sirius. After settling the feelings to Sirius,
Tonks agreed to marry Lupin.
Sound logical?
