I think that Narcissa and Andromeda are names taken from Greek myths.
Andromeda was saved by Perseus and ran away with him as did the
Androeda of HP. Narcissus(who the flowers are named for) was a vain
person who fell in love with himself and pined away looking at his
reflection in the water. I think that Rowling is giving a clue on
Narcissa's personality with the name. I don't think we are being given
clues that Harry and Draco are related. I would however, be glad to
hear any points that you have that would lead you to the conclusion
that Harry and Draco are related.
