Earlier today I sent a post wondering if there were other people interested in looking at the spiritual significance of HP. I have received a few positive responses and I think I may have come up with an idea.
When we were waiting for book 5 we prefixed the subject line of our posts with "OOP:". Well, moderators, is it permissable for people who want to discuss the symbolic, religious, spritual, liberating or whatever significance with the prefix "SYM:"? This could then be the symbol for posts which concentrate primarily on the deeper meaning behind the story rather than the literal interpretation of the story itself. (Ducks and looks out for green rays from behind couch)
In great trepidation I have headed this email in that fashion. I am about to write another email on the subject of a liberating aspect in OOP. If I've survived the green rays by then it'll be headed "SYM:".
