Kelly, here are the other names I have:

Karkas - the Gurg Giant killed by Golgomath (mentioned in OotP, Ch. 
20)

Mrs. Riddle - died during childbirth (mentioned in GoF, Ch.1)

Bill Weasley (Uncle to Weasley Children) - died 24 hours after seeing 
a Grim (mentioned in PoA, Ch. 6)
