Me -
He's getting this definition from the etymology of draconian. I looked Draco
(the person whose name is the root of draconian) up in a dictionary. While
it is possible that this is why he was called Draco I still thik the
association with the latin word for dragon is more likely.
Draco -
Seventh century b.c.
Athenian politician who codified the laws of Athens (c. 621). Lauded for its
impartiality, his code was unpopular for its severity.
