We only see the books from Harry's point of view. That
doesn't mean Snape does not like Harry. True, what
Harry sees is a mean, spiteful bastard, but I don't
think that's all. For some reason, the Slytherians
love him while everyoneelse, sans teachers, hates him.
Also, look at the Occulmancy. If he's that good at
making Voldemort think Snape loves him, why couldn't
he do the opposite on Harry?
