Aberforth and Luna

We know that Luna has some similarities to Dumbledore (hats and 
otherworldliness for starters)that have caused some to raise the 
question of a familial connection. 

Luna's father is the force behind the WW equivalent of the National 
Enquirer and Aberforth is consistently referred to as a bit of an odd 
one. Could Aberforth be father or granfather to Luna?
