I picture Harry would be the "one" because he would be the focal 
point for bringing all the other talents together, in a way they 
might not be able to do otherwise.

I was thinking more of a unified group like DA, but I like your 
suggestion that he will be the one to unify Hogwarts.  Um... how do 
the Slytherins fit into this?
