Me:
Oh, interesting, Dorothy--olive wand! I've never thought of
Ollivander as evil either--strange, perhaps. Has anyone thought the
fact Ollivander has silvery eyes is odd? My thinking--wine fueled I
must admit--is that mirrors have silver coating. Since the eyes are
mirrors of the soul, Ollivander can see the person buying a wand and
thus narrow down the selection. (Yeah, I know--the pile on the
chair by the time Harry finally connected with a wand was large.)
But maybe that's his psychic connection.
