This brings up a FACINATING point for the Snape=Vampire lovers out
there. Neville is afraid simple of Snape, because he exists. James
hates Snape because he "exists"
And Neville, in teh 2nd book, was terrified of the Heir of Slytherin
house, Snape's house, killing him. So he has his gran send him a
glove of garlic, generally something to keep a vampire away.
Neville may have seen Snape as a vampire, which would explain how
their relationship of "fear=hate" started. James may have also seen a
Vampy-Snape, or maybe, was the butt END of a vampy bite. So, you
know, like James said, he hates him because he exists.
Maybe he hates vampires? Just a thought, probably not true. XD But I
like the vampire theories so far so I'm adding some fuel to the fire,
for the sake of debate. :)
