Sirius also contributed to his only death by not reading Harry the 
riot act for using the fire. He SHOULD have reminded Harry about the 
Mirrors at that time and said "In the Future - Use them - Its safer 
and quicker [ie: Available at a moment's notice - No need to sneak 
into the Office or wait to gain access]).
