I could be way off base here, but I thought Lord Voldemort was 
talking about Karkaroff in that scene.  Remember that when Harry was 
in the pensieve, he was "seeing" Karkaroff giving up the names of 
the Death Eaters.  I figure that LV knows that Snape is no longer 
among his followers, but I think he's after Karkaroff first.

Just my 2 ents worth.
