A blend of conjuring and transferring, there is an implication that
the Foe Glass was actually Fake!Moody's old glass, but we must
remember that the Room of Requirements isn't permanent. Later at night
if Dumbledore is creeping down the hallway looking for a bathroom,
then it becomes the Camber Pot Room. When Fred and George need to
hide, it became a broom cupboard. When Filch needed cleaning supplies,
it became a storage room. When Dobby needed a place to take care of
Winky, it became that. When no one requires anything, it vanishes.

Conclusion: Harry creates the DA training room just a minute or two
before each meeting.

A good question to ponder is, what happens if Hermione takes one of
the books back to the dormitory to read? Does it stay or disappear.
Does it vanish when it is out of the influence of the room, or does
the room continue to provide it even after tranforming into something
else? Enquiting minds want to know.

So when was the last time you ate a whole gallon of ice cream because
you were hungry?

Forget the hunger and calories; think of the pleasure and comfort it
would give you. ...mmmmmmm.... Peanut Butter ice cream; rich french
vanila ice cream swirled with peanut butter, filled with whole
peanuts, chocolate covered peanut, peanut butter cookie dough, and
chunks of butter fudge, either that or Raspberry Truffle.

Just a thought.
