I think its extremely certain that Harrys Grandparents are dead, if you say 
that you only put Sirius parents in because it was said that Sirius was the 
last Black, then why arent you doing that for Harry?  He is the last Potter.  
That is in the Canon.  Since his Grandparents are mentioned I think its worthy 
for them to be put on the Death list.  Not saying "you havent put his Uncle, his 
cousin, etc in" But they should be on there.  Now, its *almost* certain that 
Lilys parents are dead also but since they are not mentioned then I dont 
expect them to be on the list.  (Well they are mentioned once is PS when Petunia 
was digging at Lily 'My parents were so proud when she got HER letter').  I say 
almost certain because it may be obvious that they are dead, but no canon says 
so since they are 'Evans' not 'Potters'.  Also one could point out that The 
dursleys never visit Petunias parents, but they dont visit Vernons either.  If 
the grandparents of Lilys side were alive, I think Dumbledore would of chose 
them over the Dursleys as they accepted wizards and witches (they were proud of 
Lily) and there would still be Lily's blood to protect him.  If both were 
available, Dumbledore would of preferred Harry to be happy and sent him to Lilys 
parents.
