4. I would say Intelligence (rather than Thoughts as somebody 
suggested...)

5. Space (the room mentioned by Luna, Ron and Ginny when they get 
separated from the three others)

As for the room of prophecies, I think it's a sub-room of the Time 
room, and not one of the 12 major rooms...
