Good point ! It's true that one of the parts of the story that really
captivated me was the run through the DoM, at the end, with all the
strange things in it.
And now that I think of it, I realize that one reason for my non-
fascination with that book is that too often, the WW was either :
* already known to us (most of what happens at Hogwarts)
or
* too much like a direct transposition of the real world. St Mungo's,
for example, was a slight disappointment to me. At first, I was
thrilled by the description of those people with weird problems, and
then by the floor guide, but after that, there wasn't anything
strange anymore. Okay, so Mr Weasley has a werewolf as a roommate,
big deal ! (But the stitches incident had me roaring with laughter,
I'll admit to that. "What do you mean, it's the general idea", LOL)
And don't get me started on the visit of the MoM at the beginning of
the book : MAJOR disappointment that one (except for the memos, loved
them !) !
