I agree that we haven't seen good Slytherin yet.  I do, however, 
believe they exist.  (I mean good as appose to evil, not good as in 
nice.)  I have three basic reasons.

The first is that ambition does not equal evil.  I know the hat says 
willing to use any means, but I believe it is possible to value 
ambition over the traits of the other houses without being evil.  I 
admit this reason is weak by itself.

The second is only slightly better.  The houses seem to be about the 
same size.  I cannot believe that fully one quarter of the wizarding 
population is evil.

My third reason though, is the one I believe has the most merit.  
The sorting hat's song states: 

"And never since the founders four
Were whittled down to three
Have the Houses been united
As they once were meant to be."

It also has:

"And we must unite inside her
Or we'll crumble from within."

To me this indicates that at least one Slytherin will fight against 
Voldemort.  I beleive it's clear foreshadowing.

Of course, I also believe there's a good chance the house will be 
abolished by the end of the series so maybe I'm just silly.
