JKR's Preferred Room of Choice (Interview included)

I have seen post after post after post saying that the Room of 
Requirement can not be the room JKR meant during interviews because 
Harry had not been in it during GOF.  But, JKR NEVER said Harry had 
been in the room:

Straight from JKR's Comic Relief interview in March 2001 (got this 
off HP Lexicon site):

Q.  Isaac -If you could travel to Hogwarts for an hour, what would 
you do there? 

A.  JKR - Go straight into a certain room, mentioned in book four 
(GOF)which has certain magical properties Harry hasn't discovered 
yet! 

So, clearly, there was only a mention of the room in GOF 
(Dumbledore's joke about a room full of chamber pots).  This means 
the room in question is almost definitely the Room of Requirement.  
In OOP Harry discovered that the room had magical properties. 

I am 99 percent sure this is the room she meant when interviewed.
