the UK version is 768 pages, same number of chapters... As i said, i 
suspect the difference is due to line spacing and possibly the width of 
the font... I have copies of both, btw.... The US version seemed to 
have wider margins and taller line spacing, that could add another page 
and a half for each chapter, maybe... the British version also has 
_just_ the chapter title, no room taken up for a graphic, and the title 
is in a smaller font, too.
