Ugh, I couldn't agree more. Disgusting thought.
But since we do get a feeling of Snape being very fond of Draco from
the books as well, I've always wondered whether it is an indication
of what Snape's feelings are (or have been) about Lucius. Combined
with Sirius' "lapdog" comment it did make me wonder about what Snape
and Lucius' relationship might have been and that perhaps Snape had
at one time been in love with Lucius (or still is) and is
transfering some of that (not the romantic feelings, of course) to
the man's son). Sort of like Sirius transfers his feelings for James
onto Harry in OotP.
