And let's just explore, shall we?  I'm not saying Harry doesn't have more on his plate.  There is no question about that.  I am surprised that he doesn't express more interest in becoming an animagus, though, as he was impressed with his father being one.  He's been rather worshipful of his father up until seeing Snape's memory.  It seems to be he'd want to be even more like him.  

With everything Harry has going, it might not have been successfull for him to work on it, not having enough time, but I have thought he would pursue it.
