Very interesting question. Maybe they do sometimes or is that too much
of a Muggle electronic that would haywire in the WW? On the flip side,
I wonder how the post owls knew they had to be screened before their
post could be delivered if they are used to going dierctly to the
recipiant? It's like going through customs or something...how do they
know to do it rather than find the wizard?
