what do squib children do for schooling?

I doubt that squibs would get any more schooling at all after primary.

Firstly, they would still be part of the wizard community, so there 
is a huge security risk in their integration into the muggle world.

Secondly, wizard society seem to bee completely devoid of any 
secondary education, apart from learning magic, so squibs must:

learn some sort of trade within the wizarding world ( theres lots of 
seamingly magic-free professions arent there? I mean the muggle 
liason office only requires one OWL in muggle studdies, for example, 
this could be obtained through a postal course or private 
institution, what are teachers who dont work in hogwarts going to do 
for a living? )

become economicaly dependant on their family

I havent put into consideration the non magic children of wizards who 
married muggles, but it is fairly easy to assume that they will 
integrate more easily into the muggle lifestyle than squibs of magic 
parents
