I guess I forgot the guard duty. But what I found so much like 
Sirius' situation is that few outside of the Order want to face the 
idea of LV's return so her entire peer group, like Sirius, is the 
Order. Both she and Sirius desperately want to do something to make 
the situation better  but are limited, so like Sirius, she hasn't 
fared well in the current circumstancs. Seems like we saw the 
limitations of many characters in this book. I remember in GOF 
thinking she was just so "there" for Harry. Even if she did believe 
the "Witch Weekly" story about Hermione playing Harry false.
