As I reread OoTP I began wondering about Voldemort's control over
Harry's mind during the conversation in Dumbledore's office. I
realize that it was time that DD reveal the prophecy to Harry, but
now everything is available in Harry's mind to Voldemort. Isn't
this problem still a problem even after the battle at the MoM?"

I've given some thought to this matter also. I think JKR's suggestion is that feelings of compassion and love are more efficient than Occlumency, in Harry's case (btw, this means he can overcome his anger and general mistrust). Besides, what we have actually seen was LV putting thoughts in Harry's mind, not retrieving any. Harry actually did more mind-reading than Voldemort.
