The spell seems to have different effects from the powers of
Voldemort and Dumbledore, doesn't it? You KNOW you're being dug up,
and it goes through memories instead of the thought on the tip of
your brain (Harry's scar didn't hurt throughout the trial, but when
he recalled Dumbledore's curious silence it suddenly flashed.) I
suppose Snape is only a rudimentary Legilimens.
