Harry's anger at Bellatrix will definitely play an important role in
the books to come. The fact that he used the cruciatus curse on her
proves just how angry he is.
However, I don't think Rowling will do it in quite the way you
describe. I think that either:
a) Harry tries to kill Bella, then realizes he doesn't really want to
kill her, or anybody
-or-
b) Harry kills Bella, then feels absolutely horrible about it, and
vows never to do it again.
I think this because I really, really doubt that Harry is going to
kill Lord Thingy in a "conventional" manner. First of all, Thingy is
supposedly immortal. If Harry managed to use Avada Kedavra on him, I
think it would only destroy his current body, just like when the
curse rebounded on him when Harry was a baby.
I think that Harry will either kill Thingy unintentionally (like my
idea on the revival back-firing), or that Pettigrew will do the nasty
work for him.
