The Prophecy states that "he will have power that the Dark Lord knows 
not." This could easily pertain to Neville since Voldemort realises 
that Harry is a threat to him, but as far as we know, doesn't even 
acknowledge Neville's existence. Could it be that Voldemort will 
focus his attention on Harry without realising that Neville could be 
the more serious threat, someone with "power he knows not?" So really 
Neville could be the one.
