3) To devote a whole chapter to Sirius "Noble and Most Ancient 
House" and just kill off the LAST of the Blacks does not make any 
sense to me.  And where is Phineas?  Upon learning that the last of 
his lineage is gone (!??), he left his Hogwart's portrait to 
investigate.  How come he has not came back?

 
ahhh ..but there is the trick...he's not the last of the Blacks.  That is if Andromeda is he definitely isn't.  And Narcissa isn't dead....now Black males yes...(meaning that the the name "Black" will die with Sirius since obviously all of his cousins were married)  
 
But this whole Andromeda thing got me thinking...you know I don't think it was just some isolated incident that she mentioned that Andromeda was favorite cousin (I still want to know where she has been...and why she isn't in the order but that's beside the point) Yes she was brought up to bring that Sirius was related to Tonks..
 
But I don't know I just got thinking...when you are blasted off the tapestry you are in essence blasted off the lineage...no children of yours will be acknowledged..it dies with you..But(as proven with Sirius) Black blood is thicker than emotions...
 
My theory is the reason why Kreacher won't take orders from Tonks is that the tapestry refused to acknowledge Tonks' birth, however, Andromeda was acknowledged and then later disowned.  
 
So oh God I don't know if this is making anymore sense anymore...
 
My thinking is that Andromeda may come into play here...Kreacher will take orders from her...and she may have more stake on the place than Narcissa, she may be older.  
 
I don't know this is far fetched but it is an idea...
