The Missing Weasley? What is This?

Hi everyone.  I have been reading some of the posts and there is a 
reference to a missing Weasley child.  I tried to go back in the 
archives to see if there were other posts on this but I was out of 
luck.  I am wondering why someone would think there is a missing 
Weasley. I would be interested to hear this theory. If anyone has any 
info on this or knows where it was talked about before,would they 
please let me know. Thanks, Diana
