sheer imaginative descriptions and depictions: owl post, the Hogwarts
Express, moving portraits, Diagon Alley...I could go on, but, yes,
there is such a wealth of beautifully constructed and descriptive
pictures of this parallel world.
Me:
I think this point is the main reason I love the books so much. JK
Rowling's stories seem so real, like they've been around for
thousands of years. I put off reading them for so long because I
thought they were just kids books, but now I feel like they've always
been there. It's like they were immediately imbedded into our
culture. They just belong, and the fact that so many people around
the world love them as much as Westerners do says a lot. They are
truly universal.
