Once again, we see Draco through Harry's eyes. Harry hasn't developed any 
more than Draco has as far their relationship goes...unless you consider 
more enmity to be development. Think of what Harry represents to 
Draco...think of what his father is...of course he hates Harry and this 
will not change. I think one complex evil character is enough...Snape has 
that job ;) If you really need an other one, we've got wormtail....
