I think there is a good possibility Percy will redeem himself.  I 
don't think it'll turn out he was actually spying for the Order;  
there are several posts to that effect.  I do however think he will 
come back into the fold, but it'll never be the same because he won't 
be able to apologize wholeheartedly.  In order to maintain his 
precious dignity he'll have to tell himself he was justified, and 
that will keep him from ever truly reconnecting with his family.  
It'll be yet another example of blood/family not completely 
determining who someone is.

What's next for the Humongous Bighead?  My prediction: is never 
forgiven by Fred and George; stays at the ministry; mimics whatever 
Fudge says and does at first;  eventually jumps on the 'Fudge is 
incompetent' boat and does everything he can to get power within the 
new regime.  However, I don't think he will turn to the dark arts to 
gain power.  He'll be awfully put out if Dad Weasley ends up as 
minister, as some think will happen.
