[HPforGrownups] Do all the teachers use Time Turners?

Not necessary. Let's take Snape for example.
Let's consider that each year have one double potions a week. That
means: 5 years x 2 lessons = 10 lessons. As we known, potions are taken
two houses a time, therefore = 20 lessons. And we just covered years
1-5. Also, since Snape is very picky for his NEWT classes we should
assume that exists only one 6th and 7th year Potions NEWT class. Even if
each NEWT class has 3 lessons, that gives: 20+2x3=26 lessons. So now we
covered all Potions Schedule and have 4 lessons left for Snape.

At http://www.hp-lexicon.org/calendar_op.html there is OOP Harry's
schedule. Based on that there is 30 avalaible lessons slots each week
(2x3x5=30)
