ME - There's also the great Cornish song -
"And shall Trelawney live, and shall Trelawney die,
Here's twenty thousand Cornishmen shall know the reason why!"
We've got Hagrid representing the Forest of Dean, do we have a bit of
Cornish 'Tintagel' turning up as well as Aberforth representing the
Welsh fringes? There also seems to be a fair amount of Scots
McGonagalling, as well as Hogwarts (possibly) being over the border..
We do seem to be travelling along the 'Celtic Fringe'. But if you're
talking about the 'Old Magic', where else would you be?
We don't have Hermione's French references yet, but I suspect we're
in Brittany.
And as for the Weasleys in Egypt, I fancy the Phoenecians are just
round the corner...
