Beaubattons and Durmstrand table choice

Remenber that in GoF the visitors from Beaubattons and Durmstrand 
were looking for space at the tables to sit down, and they chose 
Slytheryn and Ravenclaw, we thought that they chose for similar 
character, but maybe it was more empty? After all, Fleur wasn't that 
clever.
As it was writen before, I wonder if Hufflelpuff is not more crowded 
because there are less brave, clever and ambicious people than "all 
the rest".
