A bublebee is not a wasp.  I think it was a DE spying on Harry to see 
how the testing was affecting Harry.  When Harry is stressed he is at 
his weakest thus making it easier for LV to enter his mind!  I think 
the wsp was in fact Lucious. He would fit the American definiton of a 
WASP!
