ME:  I have a crazy idea.  Not to dig up old points, but what if it 
is the little shot of Hedwig gnawing at her/his bars in Harry's room 
at the Dursley's in the very beginning?  Just a thought...just a 
thought. hint-Dumbledore is Hedwig. ;)
