I respectfully dissent on what that '---' mean ;-).

And that is very true. I belive, that we - SHIPpers, should consider
Hermione emotions toward both boys as at least confused (the 'One person
can't feel all that at once, they'd explode.' way). She obviously feels
something to both of them: but is it maternal, romantic, pure friendship
or something completely different is a matter of SHIP debate.
