Interesting, as I teacher I would hope he would risk his life for 
any student.  I wonder if Snape would have risked his life to save 
Sirius?  And then, as a Sirius fan, if Sirius would have risked his 
life to save Snape?  And if teenage Sirius really thought Snape 
would be killed by Lupin/werewolf when he played that "joke"?  Any 
thoughts?

Definitely a fair point.  That was badly written on my part (nervous 
over my first post?)  I agree that Snape is on the "good" side.  I 
guess my thought is more that I don't think Snape will ever be 
on "Harry's" side.  As much as I would like to see an understanding 
come up between the two, I don't think it will happen.  I think 
Snape is meant to stay the link between not bad, but not a fan of 
Harrry's.
