My reply:

Oh that scene bugged me.  Had they kept the abuse
between Draco and Lucius in there I might have liked
it a bit more but they took it out!  It ticked me off
so much!  I found it to develop the whole thing so
much, in my opinion it is one of the most provocative
scenes in the entire series.  And if Draco is redeemed
it is the sympathy that i developed for him in this
scene that first made me feel that perhaps there is
hope for him after all.  

But then again who knows.
