The Order is one thing. I doubt whether it will be a secret any 
longer. with Kreacher informing Narcissa, the only one who didn't 
know abut it was Fudge anyway.

The big thing is family. Fudge has accepted Dumbledore and 
congratulated Harry. The only thing stopping Percy from apologizing 
to his parents is pride. 

As for entering thr OOP, Would Percy even be wanted? He's not 
exactly the first wizard I'd want watching my back in a fight. 
Despite having 12 or so OWL's (I may be off) he completely missed 
recognizing the Imperio Charm at work. 

BTW Does anyone think Penelope Clearwater's still in the picture? 
Was Percy too single minded in his career path to keep a girlfriend? 
Being a victim of the Basilisk, would Penelope be as quick as Percy 
to doubt LV's return?
